Marc-Elie joined Natexis Industrie (now iXEN) in 2001.
From 1999 to 2001, he worked for Lazards bank in New York and then in Paris, handling mergers & acquisitions in the food, retailing, aeronautic and Internet industries. He had previously spent two years in the special operations division of Schneider Electric in New York, and before that had acquired experience in mergers & acquisitions with JP Morgan in London.
Marc-Elie is a graduate of HEC and INSEAD.
