After seven years in the corporate world, culminating in senior executive positions with SMEs, Caroline joined the Ofivalmo Group in 1984 as head of business development, responsible for real estate and private equity investments.
After three years with private equity company Défi, she became deputy chief executive officer of the Thierry Mugler group in 1991.
Caroline joined Natexis Private Equity in 1994 and helped set up Natexis Industrie (now iXEN) in 1997.
She has a postgraduate degree in economics.
