b2s was founded in 1996 by Maxime Didier and is now France's second largest outsourced call center operator and provider of customer relations services. With eight centers in France, a successful operation in Morocco and 2,500 workstations, b2s provides a comprehensive range of customer relation services. Its resources embrace sector expertise, tools, leading edge technology, quality management methodologies and 2,000 trained, experienced teleadvisers.

Background to the deal
Maxime Didier's targets are to consolidate b2s's positions, enhance the value of its assets and strengthen its financial structure to support its continued growth.

Growth prospects
After a period of rapid acquisitions and reorganization over the last four years, the management team was bolstered in 2005 by the arrival of a new chief executive. iXEN subscribed to a new share issue designed to finance b2s's redeployment.
